Training Process

Regular training programs are conducted for all team members to enhance efficiency, operational capability, and professional knowledge.

  • Director – Talent & Culture: Oversees overall training and development plans.
  • Training Manager: Conducts site-specific and mandatory trainings and maintains training MIS.
  • Operations Manager / Training Executive: Submits operational training plans to site in-charge.

Operational trainings are planned in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.
